Fredrikin voimakkuus sekä kevyen makea ja kuivahedelmäinen maku vievät tunnelman nautinnolliseen hiljentymiseen oluen äärelle. Pääosin vaalean paahdon Organic Pils Ale mallas, mutta 10% tummaa belgialaista karamellimallasta antaa karamellin lisäksi rusinan ja tummien hedelmien makua. Etiketissä on kylän rakennus Fredrikspoffi eli rukoushuone, jonka ruukinpatruuna aikoinaan rakennutti avarakatseisesti eri uskontokuntien yhteiseksi hiljentymispaikaksi.

Bottled@Gustav Wasa, Vasa. Very deep brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is dark fruits, some spiciness, alcohol and mild toffee. Flavour is a bit of alcohol along with dark fruits, nuts and some slight toffee tones and toast. Quite sweet and some spices, but works really well. And ages beautifully, as I had this some years after, from the same batch.

33 cl bottle @ St. Mary's Park, BBE info empty Aroma has ripe fruits and some belgian yeast. Also sonme berry juice. Flavour has ripe fruits. Finishes with ripe fruits, strawberry jam and rye bread. Sweet berries all the way.

0,33l bottle from the brewery shop. BBE 29/11/2023. Dark brown, clear beer turns into a bit red. Small head. Aroma has bread, malts, sugar and some dark fruits with hints of yeast. Flavor has malts, sugar, toffee, dark fruits and oak. Quite sweet overall, but decent one.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 30.01.2023, from the brewery, 20200704) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized, nearly white and it lasted long. Aroma had toasted malts, candy sugar, grass and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, grass, candy sugar, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. A too sweet brew but otherwise a pretty good one.

Tap at Gallows Bird, Espoo. Color is slightly murky dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some ripe fruits, Alcohol, Molasses and malts. Horrible.

Smell of oak, raisins, alcohol. Deep bronze colour, smakl brown head. Aroma of sugar, syrup, oak, rum. Too sugary. Very sweet. Oily texture. Surprisingly light body.
