Draught. Deep hazy orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some spices, zest and oranges. Flavour is nutty, some toffee, peaches, citrus and mild alcohol giving a burning touch to it. A wee bit spiciness as it warms up a bit. Good slow sipper.

33 cl bottle @ Hirvihuhta Bottle from the brewery. Aroma has cereal, ripe fruits and apricot. Flavour has cereal, apricot and mild grassy hops. Heavy-ish but not boozy; hides ABV well. Nothing American here but this is a good tripel (or imperial saison.)

Tap at Ølfest 2020. Smell of sour apple. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of green apple, yeast. Medium sweet, mildly sour. Medium carbon.

Keg @ Pien Shop & Bar. Poured deep orange color with a thick white head. Ripe fruits, hops, mild spiciness, soaked oranges in aroma. Almondy touch, sweet fruits, peaches, warming and slightly boozy finish. Full bodied. Ok.
