Dark Christmas is a traditional, unfiltered dunkelweizen with a modern twist. We have used recently released Red Active malt as well as American Centennial-hops to bring some aromas of the New World to the beer. A perfect companion for dark Christmas Eve nights.

Canned. Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is banana, spices, some toffee and mild toasted chocolaty tones. Flavour is wheat, chocolate, some toffeeish, toasted and mild spicy tones. Alcohol gives a slight burn to it as well.

0,5l bottle from Alko. BBE 13.6.2021. Mid brown beer with nicec and stable, light beige head. Aroma has lot of malts and caramel. Flavor has caramel, malts, slight roastiness. More caramel than roastiness. Medium- body.

Smell of yeast, banana, sugary notes. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel malt, wheat, some yeast and overripe banana. Medium sweet, lightly sour. Lively carbon.

A very dark brown beer, a head is medium and light beige. Aroma has wheat, sourness. Taste has wheat, some caramel malts and sourness, also some unspesified spicyness. Medium bodied. Good beer.
