Proto-sarjamme tarkoituksena on uusien makumaailmojen etsiminen ja rajojen rikkominen. Yksi merkittävä raja-aita kaatuu taas, sillä tässä saapuu Proto-sarjamme ensimmäinen hapanolut! Kehitystyö on ollut pitkä, ja lupaankin että hapanoluidemme tarjonta ei jää yhteen tuotteeseen. Nautitaanpa nyt kuitenkin tätä ensimmäistä, eli pehmeästi aprikoosilla maustettua, jogurttimaisen hapanta ja vehnäisen raikasta souria. Pyöreä hedelmäisyys ja voimakas happamuus yhdistyvät tässä erittäin vivahteikkaaksi ja kirpeän raikkaaksi kokonaisuudeksi, joka tuskin jättää kylmäksi -olit sitten entuudestaan hapanoluiden ystävä tai täysin uuden kokemuksen äärellä.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, small head. Sour apricot aroma. Tart with light body and crisp, clean mouthfeel. Sour apricot jelly candy. Low bitterness.

Draught@SOPP Tampere 2019. Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour lemon, mild sweetish fruits and some biscuity tones. Flavour is biscuits, some lemongrass, mild spruce and some yeasty tones. Mild apricot in the finish. Somewhat dry.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2019. Smell of gooseberry. Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of raw berries, fruit. Sour. Fresh. Lively carbon. Somehow feels a bit off.

On tap at Stone's, Helsinki. Golden/yellow with a small white head. Soft and easy to drink with citrus, some tartness and apricots.

(Cask at Angleterre, 20190611) The beer poured golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tartness and white bread. Palate was light bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, apricots, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had apricots and bitterness. A nice lightly sour brew with apricot notes. Bit thin.
