Draught. Reddish black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some spices, alcohol, sweet malts and also a wee bit of toffee. Flavour is slightly toasted toffee, some sweet malts, alcohol, spices, yeast, ripe fruits and some citrus. Nice Belgian Strong!

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of raisins, overripe fruit. Deep ruby colour, beige head. Aroma of overripe fruit, raisins, oak. Stinging palate. Sweet.

Tap @ sopp 2018. Cola brown color with a thin white head. Mild Belgian wibes, overall very plummy. Bit heavy with plums, malts and rye notes. Full bodied.

33 cl bottle @ Utsjoki. Aroma is heavy with malt and chocolate. Flavour has chocolatey malt, some hops and mild spicey tones. Throat-warming. Nice stuff, one of the best Finnish Belgians.

Tap at Olutsatama. "Vitunkantaja" as we say in ticker circles. Dark amber colour, small beige head. Sweet plummy aroma. Medium-bodied. Plum, dates, alcohol, some hops. Nice Belgi touch. Cellaring potential.

On tap at Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot - Tampere, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, candied sugar, toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with brown sugar, candied sugar, alcohol and Belgian yeast. Quite boozy, but it's quite well-done - the Belgian yeast is used pretty well. Solid.

(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20170421) The beer poured dark brown with red tint and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had Belgian style yeast, banana and fruitiness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, banana, Belgian style yeast, candy sugar, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, malty and bitter. A decent Belgian style brew with too much sweetness.
