Julkku Mandariini Pale Ale on mandariinisoseella ja mandarina bavaria -humalalla jykevöity keväinen ja raikas olut.

Draught@HBF2018. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is alcohol, fruits, some nectar and mild wooden notes.

Smell of hops, some citrus. Hazy amber colour, high white head. Aroma of grass, hops, some citrus. Medium bitter. Medium carbon. Dry palate. Decent but boring.

An orange beer, a heas is medium and blond. Aroma has tropical fruitness, mango, mandarin, citrus, some green leaves. Taste has mandarin, other fruitness, green leaves, mild bitterness. Surprisingly light bodied, even watery. This is boring.

Tap at HBF2018, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, hops and malts. Easy and fresh.

Bottled 330ml (KSM Kampus)
A bit hazy orange-amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is quite neutral, but it has light farmhouse-like vibe. From mandarin puree? Light-bodied. Very easy. Mandarin flavours with light citric tartness over watery body. Some late bitterness. Feels less than 5.5 %. Maybe this works on May First with your herring breakfast.

(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20180331) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, dense and white. Aroma had fruitiness, caramel and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, caramel, malts, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had biscuits, toffee and bitterness. A rather musty brew. Not pleasant but not bad either.
