Canned (from K CM Kivihaka, Vaasa). Deep goldeny amber with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruity, rosehip, some mild toffee and a bit metallic tones. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal and mildly metallic notes with some slight rubber to it. Rubber gets stronger as it warmsup.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a white head. Very little aroma, slightly fruity perhaps. Medium body, some sweet malts, slightly metallic with a bitter finish. Saimaa er clearly better at Lagers than Pale Ales. 170818

An orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has caramel, some fruitness maybe with tropical notes, mild vegeteables, not fresh. Taste has caramel maltyness, no fruitness, mild bitterness is harsh without aromatic notes. Quite light bodied. Again a beer that was not worth to brew from Saimaa.

Can 500ml (from the brewery)
Clear dark golden-honey colour, small white head. Harsh grainy-grassy aroma. Light-bodied. Typical Saimaa harshness, bitterness in the flavour. Some underlying fruityness. Can says "refreshing and fruity" but unfortunately it is not refreshing at all (despite being a can directly from factory) and not so fruity either.

50cl can. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Biscuity, malty aroma. Some red fruits. Biscuity, malty flavors as well, dry hoppy finish. Tolerable.
