Draught@SOPP2018. Orange hazy colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is sweet wheat, some zesty and spicy tones along with some slight alcohol sweetness. Flavour is wheat, spices, some zesty and mild herbal and dried fruity elements. Hides the ABV very well in the flavour. Whoa!

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of banana and yeast, very weizenbock-like smell. Muddy amber colour, beige head. Aroma of juniper, alcohol, some weizenbier-like flavours, yeast. Oak in finish. Very sweet, very viscous texture. Basically no carbon. Very interesting.

Tap at SOPP2918, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweet malts, ripe fruits, sweetness and malts. Just excellent. Total surprise. Drinkability for sahti in excellent condition.

Draught @ SOPP 2018. Sweet, grainy and heavy with banana notes, yeast, bread, juniper and hints of alcohol. Yup, it's a Sahti. Alcohol is quite well hidden, feels less boozy than most regular sahtis.

Tap at SOPP. Amber colour, medium-sized beige head, lace. Sweetish banana, alcohol in the nose. Full-bodied. Sweet banana, lots of original Sahti-flavour left, but with strong alcohol kick. Interesting.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2018) The beer poured amberish orange and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had banana and juniper. Palate was burning with alcohol. Flavours were malts, sweetness, banana and lightly bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and boozy. The aroma was okay but the taste was bordering awful.

Tap @ sopp 2018. Poured amber deep color with a thin white head. Banana, ripe, sweet yeasty, malty aroma. Flavor has ripe banana, yeast, mild spices, sweetness. Full bodied. Lovely.
