This experimental brew is a collaboration between Kahakka Brewery in Kokkola and Roger's Coffee in Pietarsaari. This beer collides in tastes from our dark ale infused with roasted coffee beans, creating what we call a Sumppi Coffee Ale. This fresh beer is unpasteurised and will continue maturing as it ages, but we recommend drinking it fresh and cold! Let us know what you think.

Bottled (from Kahakka Brewery Kokkola). Deep ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is coffee, some toffee and mild toasted notes. Flavour is burning coffee with some toffee and mild vegetables. Long coffee aftertaste too.

33cl bottle. Poured cola brown in color. Thin off white head. Aroma has cold brew coffee, light roastedness. Malty, slightly dry, coffee flavors. Ok.
