Draught@HBF2018. Ambery orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nice toffeeish and wooden notes. Flavour is nicely fruity, floral, some toffee, wood and mild alcohol tones. Old school DIPA with a nice kicking bitterness in the finish and aftertaste too.

Tap. Dark golden color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: sweetish, lollipops, nectar, flowers, needles, citrus. Taste: initial sweetness, lollipops, nectar, fruity, slightly candied fruits, strong hop bitterness, with pine and earthy notes.

Bottle. Hazy bronze colour, decent cream-coloured rocky head. Stays. Nose: moderate caramel malts, nuts, white Port, faint fruity and floral notes. Mrdium to full body. Soft carbonation. Medium plus sweet malty taste. Caramel, raisins & dates, nuts. Medium finishing bitterness. Feels rather like a middle of the road Barley Wine.
