50cl Bottle at RBESG 17 Grand Tasting. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of lots of roast, nuts, tar, ink. Flavour is very roasty, tar, ink, nutty, some dark chocolate, roasted malts, hint of acidity, coffee, bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours dark brown. Aroma is chocolate, oat, malt, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, oats, malt, acidic. Overall: very good, but bit acidic.

(Sample from a bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, cocoa powder and coffee. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, smoke, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A tasty and balanced brew.

Sample from the bottle at RBESG 2017, Tallinn. Color is slightly murky dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, chocolate, dryness and roasted malts. OK.

Bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting. Dark brown color tan coca cola head. Aroma of dark chocolate and smoke. Taste is rich dark chocolate. Nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus, 8%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, liquorice, little over carbonated, sweet, hop and medium bitter.
