The Endless series seeks to maximize all the flavors the ingredients have to offer. This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining pears, dark local honey, and even more pears. It was then aged in a bourbon barrel, and then finally infused with toasted hazelnuts. The result is reminiscent of a decadent poached pear tart.

Sweet and a bit tart, strong hazelnut, canned pear, a bit stuffy. Not great not terrible.

Sweet, intense with nutty glue notes in aroma, some honey and pear juice in the taste, hints of bourbony vanilla syrup and peanut butter. A bit unbalanced and quite sweet. Pastry mead?

375ml bottle pours out golden copper color. Nose is amazing toasted hazelnut rich pear sweet honey. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey pear hazelnut combo and some bourbon barrel notes.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a clear copper with a gold hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma is quite nutty with peanuts and hazelnut with a bit of honey coming through. Flavor has a lot of hazelnut and pistachio with a growing sweet honey note and some barrel backing.

Wish for more pear and less hazelnut but love the flavor profile as is already. Bourbon adds a great vanilla pang.
