Our newest kettle sour is a beautiful shade of purple thanks to the addition of flavourless pea flower matcha. The big and lasting white head looks amazing against this rich mauve marauder. Unlike other sours, this one is delicately tart, perfect for crushing on the patio. The aroma is bright, citrusy, and smells slightly like stone fruit, all thanks to the hefty plum additions. It tastes slightly tart with a plum and citrus backing it up. This light bodied tart ale is paired best with good friends on fun patios.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy purple with a small, foamy, short lived, pale pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, plum and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon, plum and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, crushable and interesting.
