Aromas are pale malt, toffee and a hint of coffee. Flavors are similar to nose, fairly basic and bittersweet. I don't pick up anything like coffeecake at all. Maybe a hint of milk sugar in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at MWF 2018. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of coffee with some sweet grains, bread and a hint of pepper underlying. Flavor has a good amount of grains and bread with coffee growing and a hint of sweetness.
