This Biere De Garde (also known as a ‘Keeping Beer’) has been fermented with a cocktail of yeasts and the native microflora residing in the barrel it has been dormant in. This simple ale has notes of Vinho Verde, passionfruit and a tight acid profile, all bound together with subtle malt character and spice.
