Dark roasted chocolate malts produce this dry, full-bodied ruby black beer with deep notes of treacle and coffee. So velvety smooth it glides across the tongue like a mythical monster beneath the surface of a loch!

Dark brown/black pour with a decent white head. Aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, milk and some licquorice. Tastes are dark chocolate milk/cream, roasted malt and liquroice/anis as a finish. Enjoyed it.

Can @ 4.6%. Black, beige head, modest retention. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and sweetness; all the elements you can expect but not full on. Body is just shy of medium but has a wet semi-oiliness to it and a moderate carbonation. Taste is coffee, malty, hint of chocolate, dry bitter finish which is an interesting turn as its quite a wet mouthfeel. More of a light refreshing porter than a deep flavoured one but would make a decent sessionable brew.

Roosterig, geroosterde mout, zoet, creme-achtig. Smaakt echt naar een lichtere stout. Top dus voor dit percentage.

A bit too chilled for me so I'd like to have it again but it's a decent malty porter with a bit of fruit and chocolate but the chill really takes the edge off the flavour.
