Rediscovered recipe found buried beneath the mud flats of a long forgotten animal park. How it got there nobody knows but this Pilsner is a truly refreshing classic, with a drying finish. A true crispyboii, totally unappreciated in it's time.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma has citrus and malts. Metallic edge. Hazy light orange. Translucent white head soon almost entirely disappears. Medium bitter. Herbal. Metallic. Citrus. Momentarily sweet. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. OK. Bit of a damp squib.

Can shared at home. Aroma and taste are malty light crisps and light fruity. Light sweet medium body,
