Verkostungsnotiz
Intensives kupferrot, beigefarbener Schaum.

Hopfen:
Mühlviertler Malling, Tettnanger Tradition, Tettnanger Aroma, Simcoe, Citra
Malz und mehr: Pilsner, Münchner, Kara hell, Kara dunkel

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Malty woody alcoholic aroma. Starts intense malty, woody, soapy-alcoholic. Mild bitterness in the background. Finish woody-dry, light fruity touch. Warming malty alcoholic finish. Interesting one!

0,25 l bottle purchased by my wife at a local health food fair. Listed on the label with 11.3 % abv. Unclear bright amber in the glass, no real head. Smells sweet malty, banana and chewing gum, allmonds, dark fruity, some wood. Taste is toasted grainy, malt, caramell. Increasing alcoholic, pleasant warming but not burning. Hints of banana, some sweetness. Balanced stuff. Very nice.
