Our first true attempt at a west coast-style IPA, this change-of-pace beer offers the pronounced bite of hops and pine with a great dryness in the finish. We love how this turned out.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear golden copper with a two fingers of white foam that lingers. Grapefruit, honey and caramel malt aromas. Palate is similar with too low carbonation unfortunately (classic Wax Wings). Lingering grapefruit, caramel and honey notes with some nice bitterness. Wish they would learn to carb their beers properly.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and light resin with earthy grass and a slight sweet grain backbone. Flavor has sweet grains and light pine with a bit of resin and sweet grains supporting.
