Can from Faisan. Pours a ruby red copper with a finger of off-white head that dissipates. Toffee, toasted caramel, dried honey and fig on the nose. Good carbonation on the palate with red fruit, honey and more caramel, toasted malt. There is some bitterness that balances out some of the sweetness on the palate. Lingering dryness on the finish with a sweet rounded note as well. Enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a copper hue and an off white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has strong grain and biscuit with a bit of caramel, toffee and date supporting. Flavor has sweet bread and toffee with some biscuit and a floral date note coming through.
