2018 bottle. Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice elderflower syrup, wheat, a touch funk. Taste is elderflower, dough, yoghurt, nice jamminess, a touch too green maybe. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty!

Sample @ MBCC 2019, red session. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are elderflowers, stable, fruits, lactose acid and hops. Nice long sour finish.

From 750 ml bottle at the Muted Horn, Berlin. Almost clear golden orange color with off white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, herbal-floral spicy and veggie. Sweet and light acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle at MCBT. Glowing orange gold with a wispy head and a peppery tart nose, medium bodied with an acidic tart peppery character. Tasty stuff. 3.9

hazy light amber color. Good carbonation. Very lovely nose of honey and elderflower and muscat. The depth is freaking amazing. Bone dry, amazing muscat, elderflower, nuts and honey notes. Dry finish with the elderflower just lingering forever. So fuckin good.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of tartness, malt, elderflower, funk and barnyard. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky and elderflower finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle into a taster at MBCT showing moderately filtered pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of dried apricot and brett. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with forward flavors of light dried peach and bretty funk.
