Bottle pour at Grote dorst. Elderflower and cabbage nose, much like Mamouche. MEdium sweet, more flowery, elderflowers coming through with less cabbage and veg. Good carbonations, great balance. A somewhat sweeter, more flowery approach to lambic.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small cream colour head. Airy dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Sherbet lemon getting slightly acid. Mild floral streak. A dry and bitterish finish. Ho hum! Seen that naked King over there?
