Slow gushing to huge, dense pitting-in white head, incredibly stable over fully hazy goldenbeer, very carbonated, and with lots of UFO's. Mincepie, meaty, sulphur, diary, lactic acid wild yeasts. Chamomille, laurel, poplar, lactic acid, citric acid, lemon, lemonbalm, sorrel. Light, refreshing - if quite slick - creamy texture thanks to the stable head, remarkable for a sour ale. Original beer, worthwile. A real plus for the Belgian blenderscene!
