Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy yellow colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is spicy, some floral, citrusy and mild herbal tones. Flavour is earthy, herbal and some slight spicy and yeasty tones with mild citrus. Quite mouthdrying.

Sampled from the tap at the Gilbert brewpub. Pours a hazy slightly earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a tart lemon with a hint of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has earthy sweet grains and oak with a strong slightly tart lemon note.

[ As Arizona Wilderness Salome Saison ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity hops, fruity yeast, light funky. From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy. Crisp fruity, slight sourish. Mellow fruity, citrusy and slight peachy. Mild fruity and light dry yet crisp fruity. Lingering floral fruity finish.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, followed by herbal notes and a biscuity character. Flavour is wonderful, with light tartness, saison yeast and rustic farmhouse notes. Tart and rustic, with tons of depth. Phenomenal stuff.
