This West Coast Pilsner was made in collaboration with Gordon Biersch. It's light in body, but with tons of hop flavor. We used Citra and Mosaic hops. It's citrusy, tropical, and piney.

Dank grapefruit peel, lemon, and biscuit malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter danke pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body.
