Flaska från SB. Disigt gyllengul men en liten rosa ton. Syrlig aningen funkig doft med citrus och plommon. Fruktig sötma och mjuk syra, fruktiga smaker av stenfrukt, frisk, strå, citrus, torrare avslutning. Storleken större än en lambic men inte så komplex men riktigt trevlig ändå.

On tap at Habitat, Trondheim. The colour is slightly hazy dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, oak, rowanberries and barn yard. The flavour is similar with the addition of apricot and spicy undertones. Has a slick and a little soft mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Well balanced and surprisingly light sour. Relatively easy drinking.

Small rim over orange-copperish beer. Sour, lactic acid, not-quite ripe stonefruit and then... vinous as few! Precious demi-sec white wine. Again vinous, but drier as a fino sherry. Gooseberry, again not very ripe stonefruit. Finish is however harsh, aggressively sour, lemony, lactic (not acetic). Acidthinning, - burn, medium carbonation, fruit-filled. Another Lindheim gem, the vinosity is exceptional. Hence... Avalon? I'd say Lyonesse!
