Draught Very good, dense, just yellowish white head over almost clear golden beer with textbook lacerings. Grassy, pale malts, herb . Dry, bitter, again the typical German herb -ness, dry hoppiness, and non-sweet, bit peppery malts. Some gristslickness, light body, medium carbonation. Aftertaste has a light, refreshing bitterishness. Really good Pilsner, ticking all the boxes. The name V1 more than probably refers to the German flying bombs that rained on the Antwerpener area at the end of WWII, and the town of Hoboken got its fair share.
