Haters gonna hate, lactaters gonna lactate.
We know. We know. Not everyone wants lactose in their beer. Not everyone can even have lactose. But for those frothy-mouthed at the prospect of the milky goodness that the sugar of the cow provides, we have a treat for you.
Moo Cow is an IPA with Galaxy, Vic Secret, Citra, and milk sugar. It is soft and creamy with a big fruity aroma. We taste notes of passionfruit, lime zest, and mango with a slightly sweet, smooth finish.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty unexpressive, with chalk, hopburn, and a touch of lactose. Flavour has plenty of chalk and hopburn, though the lactose tempers it a bit. Abominable as usual. Just terrible, terrible stuff — amazing that this sells.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, peach, mango, pineapple, passionfruit, guava and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, lime zest, mango, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a soft, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and delicious.
