Our rich and delicious Porter is a mouth watering combination of chocolate and coffee aromas derived from our hand-selected roasted brewing malts. Its smooth complexion is complimented by plush fruity tones from its American hop bill, giving it a delightful sweet aftertaste.

500ml bottle from the brewer. Best before 07/24, batch 23.24. Poured a slightly hazy dark brown colour with a short-lived, fizzy off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sour and liqourice bitter, with a dry, roasty, ashtray, tart plum palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Chocolate and coffee? Sweetness? Sadly not in the beer I’ve just drunk. The tart fruit is more likely to be a mild infection. This is a poor poor Porter which ended up as drainpour. Really disappointed.
