Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is lemon, citrus, mild wooden and some tanninlike notes (red wineish). Flavour is quite acidic citrus with some grass and mild winelike notes. Easy at first, but then turns out to be quite complex in the end.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light oak presence with some dry grapes notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some light oak presence and wonderful grapes presence who offset some of the acidity. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable sour with more balanced acidity then some of the other offerings from this brewery.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a misty golden yellow, quickly receding white topping. Aroma is bright white wine, prickly wild lambic. Crisp, zippy on the palate, tangy acidity, nice white grape presence, good wild yeast, lemon zest, soft acetic. Nice delicate complexities. Very good.

Keg at the Bottleshop Bermondsey with harrisoni. Golden and clear with a ring of white head and spotty lacing. Vinous, tannic, sharp Bretty aroma with underripe gooseberry. Extremely dry, tart flavour with a surprisingly ahort finish. Just tge right amount of Brett to give it a pleasant character.
