On tap at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy golden with a small white head. Quite tart with citrus, light oak, grass and hints of vinegar. The body was around medium.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Tart lemony nose with some red wine. Acetic with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and lemon, sour wine and grass. Low bitterness. Intense and interesting.

Taste is dry sour-ish, weeds, sorrel, soda powder, unripe berries, paper, minerals, fruit stones, bark, paper, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.
