Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Almost no head; clear golden beer. Fine New World hops, floral. Cascade and other C-hops giving a delicate flavour reminiscent of asparagus. Slightly bready malts to a drier finish. Light, medium to effervescent carbonation, almost refreshing. Interesting pale ale, which to me is somewhere halfway between English and American (mainly the hops) style pale ale.
