Copper coloured beer under a good, stable, lightly yellowish head. Coffee, as cold-brewed coffee; notes of gingerbread. Coffee, raw grains, cinnamon retronasal. Sunflower seed. Light but nowhere empty. Certain maltslickness. Not very carbonated. Coffee - and not much else. Too demure IMHO.
