Head gone in seconds over almost clear red-terra cotta beer. Clean dry raspberry nose, middle aged lambic, quite clean. Dry sour, tart, but no excessive acidity, no acetic, almost exclusively fruitacids; sour cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, but also lemon. Ultra dry, very light body, dry-out effect, acidthinning and light Very good, but I keep thinking that a bit more playing with the lambicblending might have yielded even more impressive result.

Pours dark, redpink. No real head. Scent is full, raspberry fairly intense, but not OP. Hidden red berries. Taste is full, very funky, brett / oak , raspberry pits. Very drying. Intense tartness (lactic) , but complex enough selection of acids to make it interesting and balanced. Lovely drinkable lambic.
