At BXL. Hazy deep ruby. Sweet and sour cherries, dry apple, funk, wheat. A ton of cherries but also some nice apple and funk. Lovely.

Pours a darker pinkpurple. Scent is full, cider quite noticable. Cherry underneath. Beautifull balance. Taste is fresh, medium tartness, apple skins, cherry more towards the back. Very refreshig. Tad to tannic on the apple skin to my personal preference, yet lovely drinkable.

Clear dark red ruby beer, small creamy light pink head, little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: a bit chemical, fruity, a little dirty, not very pleasant. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity start, lots of cherries, apples, a little bitter, dry, more fruity. Aftertaste: very fruity, nice acidity, lots of cherries, lovely beer after all!
