Golden with a white head. Tart citrus fruits, rhubarb, acidic, minerals. Tart, dry finish. It’s nice but I could use a softer acidic profile.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old hay, oak, cellar, old rope, grass, minerals, flowers, rhubarb, chalk, lightl malts, maybe tiny hints of sulfur. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, old rope, flowers, hay, oak, raw rhubarb, fruit salt, mild vinegar, grass, leafs, minerals. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough, weird.

Pours darker, hazed blonde. medium white head. Scent is funky, rhubarb. Taste is full, dry, rhubarb. Bit astrigent, mild acidity. Very decent !

Hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Tangy sourness. Fruity. Touch of rhubarb. Nicely sour.

Fra 0,75 flaske (den andre av i alt fem ulike fra dette bryggeriet), i trygge omgivelser på Mi2: uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Lukter kokt kål og promp, men den kommer seg heldigvis etter litt lufting. Smaker rabarbra og kokte grønnsaker.

Ravfarga, uklar, kvitt skum. Aroma av kokte grønsaker og sulfitt. Etter litt lufting kjem den seg, men vassen og mest smak av sitron.

Bottle shared. Clear light golden. Rhubarb, sour grains, soft vanilla, a hint of verveine, lemon zest, peach, light gooseberries. Bright and fruity! Solid medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Good!

750 ml capped & corked bottle, Oogst 2023, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.28%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate but shortlived white head. Aroma of rhubarb, brettanomyces / farmhouse and lactic acid. Sour flavour, notes of rhubarb, lactic acid, brettanomyces, lemons and oak.

[Vintage 2022] 750mL bottle. Pours cloudy gold with minimal white head. Aroma has a strong, earthy rustic profile. Flavour has dry wood, tart rhubarb, sour yeast. Very complex and enjoyable.
