Hops everywhere, haze all over and fruity notes in abundance. There’s flowery blossoms, citrus, grapefruit, peach, melon, lime, goosberry, passion fruit, lychee, lemon, orange, berries, papaya, apple and herbs. So in short: Chewalicious!

In 2018, we started to brew beer in the USA. Deciding what to brew, there was easy; we lifted our ever-evolving series of double IPAs overseas and started playing around. The response was overwhelming. So, a few years ago: We started brewing our US-brewed beers in Sweden. One of the beers was Bubble Gummy. So hoppy you could chew it. The general idea was to brew a fruity beer like bubble gum.

Since we last brewed Bubble Gummy, we've switched from bottles to cans and gotten much more experienced at brewing DIPAs. So, we wanted to give this beer another go. To see if we could further push the recipe and hop profile and make it pop even more!

It turns out that the hop profile could go (at least) two ways for us to reach our chewy goals. So, we did two varieties! Bubble with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe, and Gummy with Citra, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7. Which one is more in line with our vision? That's for you to decide. Bubble gum!
