Hapu, viinamarjane, happeline, kuiv, funky, tamme on ka ja humalat lõpus. Ok, liiga happeline.

0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, grapes, spices, peaches, light wood. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, peaches, earthy, bit lactic, peppery. Finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of grapes, some lactic notes and light sweetness. Nice one, a tad too much on the sour side

Bottle at the source. Very lively, light golden. Quite some sweet grapes, soft wheat and funk, even some apple, oak, a hint of balsamico. Medium sweet and sour, quite light bitter. Over medium bodied. Good, but a bit sharp maybe.
EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Solid chardonnay expression. Tasty stuff!

Bottle (2018 Ruffus Blend) consumed at Moeder’s Into the Wine Tasting. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Nice Chardonay bouquet. Interesting, I get more Chardonay in the nose than in the taste. It’s on the sweeter and lighter side. Nice sourness and funk from the lambic in the middle and finish. Good body and mouthfeel.
