75cl bottle @ Christmas tasting in blackhaddock's beer cave. Hazed gold appearance, white head. Floral spice aroma. Good floral character overall, very gentle spice, soft fennel sweetness, light and easy-going with a soft mouthfeel. Good refresher.

Christmas Gathering, 18th December 2023. 5 guys at my gaff drinking beer and talking bollocks. 75cl bottle and a new French region for me. Hazed dull golden body, white head. Didn't get the Fennel but it did hold a nice herbal spicy feel within it's make-up.

33cl bottle from Cave Pierël beer store in Clermont-l’Hérault, France. F: big, white, good retention. C: blonde, hazy. A: malty, wheat, banana, fennel, bit herbal, citrus. T: medium malty base, banana, fennel, herbal touch, bit lemon, decent bitterness, medium to high carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed.

Flaska från Etre. Mjölkig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt skum. Frisk doft med vete, jäst och kryddor. Lätt kropp men mjuk och rund munkänsla, lätt vetesyrlig och med andra kryddor än en typisk wit. Istället för koriander och curacao är det fänkåls- och anisfrön. Trevlig
