Hazy amber/orange pour with a small white head; aromas of malt/bread, orange and spices. Taste adds orange marmelade and herbs. Not necessarily what I expected from the style, but quite nice. Well done on being organic and using left-over bread.

33cl bottle from Bio c' Bon bio shop in Grenoble, France. Head is actually no real. Colour is yellow gold, hazy. Aroma is orange, spicy, bready, coriander, banana, clove. Taste is light malty, wheat base, bready, orange, banana, coriander, spicy, soft carbonation, not really for the style, ok for bio.
