This beverage was perfect with our home made risotto with mushrooms coming from the wood. This beer is classical, rather dry and yeasty, a bit carbonated, malty, side of nuts, hop, it could be a bit more fruity, 04.08.21, purchased at the coop, Haute-Nendaz and drinking there.

33cl bottle from Coop Supermarché Vich in Switzerland. F: medium, tan, average retention. C: brown, hazy. A: malty, caramel, bit red fruits, bready. T: medium malty base, caramel, bready, bit mellow fruity, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, ok, nice, enjoyed.

Überraschend röstig, ungewöhnlich für ein Amber. Auch der Schaum wie ein Stout, farblich aber eine trübe Brühe. Sonst eher leicht, aber angenehm gehopft

hazy amber to brown colour, large, dense beige-ish head, which collapses quickly; aroma and taste of unripe plum, toasted rye bread and some caramel; correct one
