Interesting and refreshig beer, Belgian school and a beverage that it is well balanced, fruity, a bit lemony, side of sugar, a bit sparkling, dry malt, high fermentation, perfect with the mushrooms that I have found in the wood, 04.08.21, at Haute-Nendaz, purchased at the coop of this place

33cl bottle from Coop Supermarché Vich in Switzerland. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: blonde, hazy. A: malty, bit citrus, wheat, banana, clove touch, bit coriander. T: medium malty base, wheat, banana, bit spicy, citrus, light soapy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, ok, not bad, enjoyed.

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized white head; aroma of coriander, wet wheat, bread crust and yeast; taste of bread, lemony, coriander, slight biscuity, yeasty and spicy-peppery notes; not bad at all!
