Contrairement à ce que pourrait laisser croire son taux d'alcoolémie qui titre à 7,5%vol, notre bière ambrée artisanale est légère en bouche. Sa couleur rouge foncé rappelle ses quelques pointes de caramel. Son amertume reste délicate, à peine persistante. C'est une bière de dégustation pour amateur averti !

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc CHAMPAGNOLE, France F: medium, tan, good retention. C: brown, hazy. A: malty, bit toasted tones, herbal, leaves, caramel, light fruity. T: medium to full malty base, caramel, bit red berries, toasted tones, herbal touch, bit watery feeling and funky touch, ok for new beer but there is a much space to improve it in the future.
