Notre India Pale Ale est brassée à partir de quatre malts d'orge et trois houblons (Target, Citra et Cascade). Lors de sa fabrication la technique utilisée du houblonnage à froid (ou dry hopping) permet de conserver et de prononcer l'aromatique des houblons, qui vient parfaitement s'associer à leur amertume naturelle.

Probable presence of Cara malt or equivalent given the color and taste. Unfortunately, it's almost obliterating the Cascade and Citra hops...

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: orange, bit floral citrus, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits. T: medium malty base, orange, mango, bit passion fruits, some earthy tones, dry on the palate, peach, soft to medium carbonation, bit harsh bitterness yet not bad.
