Next in our "Dogs of Bright Ideas" series is Anubis Pale English Bitter. You can usually find Anubis, the dog, hanging out around lunch time with her owner, Richard Criddle.
Brewed with two types of floor malted English barley and hopped with East Kent Goldings this bitter is golden in color with a dry, earthy hop character that pairs well with BBQ.

Pours a clear dark gold from a tap, nice thick cream colored lacing. Malty and kind of a pale lager aroma, similar flavor. Good beer, light.
