Taster at FLOT. Light, clear amber, skimpy head, lacing. Toasted malt aroma and taste, caramel, brown bread. Light sweetness. Minor dryness.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a ruddy burnt amber color with a nice looking finger’s worth of foamy white head. Slow dissipation, mild stringy lace.
The aroma takes in a good amount of toffee to caramel tones. Some toast with a sly nuttiness to it.
The flavor takes in the same aromas gently combining. Subtle tickle of a nutty to caramel aftertaste. Dry sweet toasty/caramel finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good with a low amount of bitterness to it.
Overall, good Irish red ale that i could have again.
