ABV: 8.3% IBU: 50 Ticks: 5
“Italian Grape Ale” full-bodied beer, bright aspect, brewed with water, barley malt, oats, hop and yeast together with “vincotto” from grape must, brown candy sugar, spices. All those ingredients together characterize the organoleptic and gustative side of this beer. The nose is spicy and fruity, while in the mouth is fresh & acidic at the beginning that turns into malts’ and spices’ sweetness, together with a peaty note. Dry and bitter end. Full body beer, that pairs perfectly with tasty meat dishes, full body aged cheeses, cured meats, rich, spicy meats but also versatile enough to be sipped alone to enjoy it.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano.
