Our take on a classic style but with our own modern twist. Based on a traditional Belgian Tripel recipe but dry hopped with the Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Wai-iti hops to give it a citrus and grape aroma and flavour.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Half at Head of Steam Brum. Cloudy golden, thin off-white head, rings of lacing. Fruity aroma with Belgiany yeast. Taste favors the Neslon hops, fruity and floral, Belgian notes in the background. Subtle strength.
