Crisp and dry, a light malt sweetness is balanced to moderate bitterness. Czech Saaz dominates the hop character, giving floral and herbal notes.

taster at brewpub. So far, nothing has merited my attention. The corporate beer recipes seem to fit the brewpub style. Golden pour, small white head. Malty aroma and taste with a forced hop crispness that does nothing to add to the beer.
