Pour is a cloudy blond with a huge white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast esters and white pepper. Flavor is pretty much the same, a prickly pepper with a nice yeast esters and some chewy malt. Finish leaves some ester on the tongue. A pretty nice simple no frills saison.

16 oz can from Half Time, 2/28/22. Pours an unclear yellowish-orange color with a rather fizzy head. Lots of yeast, peppery, clove and banana notes that make it a little wit-y. Bubblegum as well. Too much carbonation for my preference. Definitely on the wit side of a Saison for me, but pretty well done.

16oz can from Halftime. Cloudy golden pour, fluffy head subsides. Aroma is yeasty, sourdough with light savory notes. Taste is bready, grassy, hay. Pretty decent saison.
